At Pyahik nameplates, we strive for perfection in every custom piece; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are typically limited to manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and clear photographs of the nameplate if there is a visible defect.
Review and Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the eligibility for a return or replacement based on our policy.
Package Your Item
Once approved, securely pack the nameplate in its original packaging to prevent any further damage during the transit back to our studio.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a corrected replacement at no extra cost.
